What a great couple of weeks we have had down here at the bar. Father’s day was packed out with families all celebrating father’s day in a great atmosphere.

A whole range of people are coming to the bar and taking advantage of very cheap drinks promotions. We are also running 25% discounts for all season ticket holders of local sports clubs I.E Bradford City and Bradford Bulls but, the discount cannot be in conjunction with drinks promotions already in place.

We have added 2 new lines to our already huge selection and here are some of the drinks promotion prices:

Green Label £1.30

Caffreys £1.40

Tetley’s £1.50

John Smiths £1.60

These prices remain the same price all day and all night. We will not raise the price after a certain time in the day or night.

Our bar seems to be getting busier each and every day and we also have many events planned and also great news to share.

Ex Bradford City player now Harrogate Town player, Danny Forrest popped into the bar during the week to come have a look around and in his own words “ I love it!” and he has kindly donated some items for us to showcase in our display cabinets.

Last Thursday saw the multi-talented Jacob Crawshaw perform live singing various songs and keeping everyone entertained.

The night was superb and all who attended said they would come back to listen to Jacob again. Thank you Jacob we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the gig and thank you to Jacob’s friend and helper Mathew Maude and we are looking forward to seeing you again on July 13^th from 6pm.

Here in Bradford we have many sports teams but, did you know about Bradford City’s Women’s Club?

 

 Well if not you can visit their website here:  Bradford City Women's Football Club Great news is, that the women’s team have just been promoted back to the Northern Women's Premier League and will now be showcasing their trophy’s etc. in our bar as they have agreed to come on board with us.

 

Do you or have you been to the Village on Sackville street?

 

 The venue has had a takeover and a whole new refurbishment inside with brand new lighting and sound equipment which is state of the art for that extra night clubbing experience.

 

 

 There are drinks promotions all night long and, doors open at Midnight till 6am on a Friday and Saturday. Strict but fair door policy with  friendly staff on hand to make your clubbing experience a great experience, Why not head up to the Village after visiting us for a few drinks?

Please do not forget that July 13^th see’s our very own Q&A night with Bradford City legend Wayne Jacobs.

 

This event is to raise the profile and awareness for Wayne’s charity, One In A Million further details on the charity can be found here and also on the night, the amazingly talented Jacob Crawshaw will be performing from 6pm to get you all in the mood and warmed up for what is going to be such a great night for such a great cause. Wayne’s Q&A will be from 8pm and this will be a huge night and we urge you to come down early to avoid disappointment.

 

The OFFICIAL Lingards/Dukes & Silks Reunion *WEEKEND*.

Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd of August (Both nights so more options.) Location - Bradford's newest venue - Arena Sports-Bar / Club

 Entry Fee - £0, nothing, free, zero. This isn't a money making event - It's about seeing old friends and listening to some great music.

 Music - All the classic Lingards and Dukes & Silks anthems.  Djs - Some bloke called Scott Page and a couple of guest DJs to be announced.

 

 Freebies - Loads of free mix cds to be given up to and on the night - Bottles of champers being given away to large groups and special friends.
